Hello, Project0401! It’s been a minute since our last article – but for good reason! We have big aspirations that we’re trying to see to fruition at the moment, the first of which you will hopefully be able to see later today! As always, we appreciate your patience in the meantime. That said, we have a lot to go over from the month of May, so let’s not delay further!
First, we have a pair of announcements from GoodSmile, popularly known for their Nendoroid series of collectable figurines. On April 22, 2026, the GoodSmile Twitter account would make a post advertising the debut of a new Kasane Teto Nendoroid, with the figure based off of her VOICEPEAK design specifically. The figure is currently available for preorder. GoodSmile has two other Nendoroids based on Kasane Teto’s UTAU and Synth V appearances, which recently restocked for those interested in making a purchase. Later, on May 30th, 2026, the official Japanese Nendoroid account would post a teaser for a pair of upcoming Nendoroids to be properly revealed later on June 4th on GoodSmile’s YouTube channel. Those even slightly familiar with Kasane Teto were quickly able to figure out who the silhouette belonged to, with it appearing to be the Mesmerizer design of Kasane Teto. Assumedly, the silhouette to the left is by Hatsune Miku, also sporting her Mesmerizer attire. You can expect for us to follow up on this story when the figures are more properly revealed!
Next, we have a large batch of updates following up on previous stories we’ve covered, mainly involving community organized events. The first of which is regarding the upcoming TETOTEC live show, which has now been confirmed for this summer, with the show slated for August 8th – 9th, 2026. We then have a follow up on the previously announced collaboration album, Kasane Interlink, which was released to various streaming services on May 8th, 2026. The album hosts a wide collection of well-known artists in the scene and features 20 songs on its tracklist, a few of which have MVs. Again, we covered more of the specifics in the previous article. Next, an update regarding Teto Live 2026. Teto Live is a large, fan organized live show that has been running for years, celebrating Kasane Teto and inviting well-known producers to DJ, and has plans to host a show in Tokyo on June 28th, 2026. In the meantime, however, the set of Teto Live 2026’s May 2nd performance has been uploaded to NicoVideo so that everyone can watch it, featuring brand new mixes and animations of beloved songs. The collection of songs and producers would take a while for me to list, so I simply recommend that you watch the set yourself! If you’re a fan of Kasane Teto or her history, there’s almost guaranteed to be something for you to enjoy. The upload can be found here:

Closing out this article, we have a new piece of merchandise from familiar name Fukuya. On May 19th, 2026, the Fukuya Twitter account announced that a new, vinyl Kasane Teto figure would be released in the near future. The figure is only a few inches tall, and said to be soft and squishable, and has two variations: one with a neutral expression, and the other smiling mischievously. While we’re still waiting for more updates on the specifics of the figure from Fukuya, online retailer Meccha Japan opened pre-orders, for ~$8 US.
