“0401 – The Best Days of Kasane Teto” was an album released in – you guessed it – 2012, being a compilation album that featured Kasane Teto’s most popular works at the time. It was quite an accomplishment at the time, having an album release dedicated entirely to a sole UTAUloid, only four years into the diva’s existence.

Here we are now, 13 years out from the that album’s release and 17 years out from Kasane Teto’s debut, with another album now on the horizon! On October 10th, 2025, otherwise known as Teto Day, TWINDRILL announced that a sequel to the album was in production.
“0401 – The Best Days of Kasane Teto 2026” is another compilation album like its predecessor, featuring her most popular works in recent times. The album is set to be released on January 28th, 2026. We’re still waiting to hear more details, but we can expect more information to come out soon as we approach the release date.
What we do know is that a live event, TETO SONIC 2026, is going to be hosted to celebrate the album’s release, with the event being slated for February 15th, 2026! Announced earlier today on December 1st, a website giving more details on the event has been made live, with tickets already available for pre-order!
The event will be hosted at 渋谷WOMB night club in Shibuya, Japan. Along with that, we’ve been given a list of artists and producers who will be DJing at the event, and we have quite a line-up: 32ki, Sasuke Haraguchi, Frog96, Yomitan Akane, and Jamie Paige, to name a few!
